Exhibition tours are offered at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. each day and are included with the price of admission.
The Rubin Museum also offers a variety of private tours for schools, colleges, seniors, alumni groups, organized tour and travel groups and general-interest groups. Our guide program is tailored to each group visit and offers opportunities to explore the artistic legacy of the Himalayan region and to appreciate its place in the context of world cultures.
The Rubin Museum of Art produces audio tours and podcasts to complement our exhibitions that highlight numerous objects on view and feature commentary by curators, scholars and other museum professionals. Visitors may download the audio tours from our iTunes U account or access all current exhibitions audio tours via the exhibition itineraries on our website. Additionally, visitors may borrow an audio guide device from the admissions desk for the length of their visit.
